Red Wine
Mitolo Jester Shiraz [£30]

We still have a rich and full Aussie shiraz, but it leans towards the fresher side of the spectrum. Although, there are subtle signs of oak ageing on the nose and palate.
Plantagenet Three Lions Pinot Noir [£28]
The Plantagenet winery owns 126 hectares of vineyards in the Great Southern wine region. Their Pinot Noir delivers an abundance of bramble fruits with a touch of toasty oak to give a bit more body, complexity and texture.
Frédéric Berne Beaujolais Lantignié [£25.50]
Classic Beaujolais - need we say more? Light, approachable and absolutely mouth-watering. This is delightfully crisp and can benefit from 30 minutes in the fridge. You'll note the affects of whole bunch fermentation in this wine, as it has some notes of bubblegum. Beyond that, you'll also get a plethora of red fruit flavours.
Poggiotondo Organic Chianti [£26.50]
Poggiotondo was founded in 1968 by Carlo Antonini, when a passion for beekeeping and agriculture led to the purchased of a Tuscan vineyard. This particular Chianti has a pronounced herbal quality with strong notes of dried oregano that give way to powerful notes of dark and red cherries.
Finca Sandoval Fundamentalista [£30.50]
Here, we have a Spanish speciality from winemakers from Manchuela and Valencia. It is blended from 50% Bobal and co-fermented with four other grape varieties. All the wine is aged in 1000 litre amphora, rather than oak, which contributes to an aromatic and expressive palate. Wild red fruit, dried herbs and a hint of black olive. A really interesting wine.
Kaiken Ultra Malbec [£24.50]

Kaiken Winery comes from legendary Chilean winemaker Aurelio Montes. Kaiken Ultra Malbec is deep ruby red in colour, with purple tones and a wonderful display of rich aromas. The nose is enticing and spicy with black fruit and floral notes. Structured with soft tannins that lead to a finish that is fresh, complex and long.
White Wine
Cave de Hunawihr Gewürztraminer Reserve [£25.50]
A mix of parcels from Hunawihr vineyards leads to this mega ripe concoction. All fermentation is temperature controlled and followed by time in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation occurs as Gewürztraminer contains very little acidity, so they want to retain what they can. Unctuous texture, perfumed and altogether delicious.
Henschke Peggy's Hill Riesling [£30.50]

Henschke Peggy's Hill Eden Valley Riesling is a blisteringly tart and fresh example of this grape variety that delivers with powerful notes of fresh lime juice, before giving way to more subtle notes of orange blossom, lemon balm and fresh ginger.
Outer Limits by Montes Zapallar Sauvignon Blanc [£29.50]
A straw yellow Chilean Sauvignon Blanc from iconic producer Montes, and it truly packs a punch. You'll experience citrus and exotic fruit flavours of grapefruit and white guava, as well as an expressive note of fresh green chilli.
Kaiken Terroir Series Cafayate Torrontés [£29.50]
Kaiken is one of Argentina's most renowned winemakers and Torrontés is one of the most notable white wine grapes in this nation. The wine is wonderfully fresh and floral with alluring aromas of grapefruit, lime peel and white flowers. It is a delight.
Pieropan Soave Classico [£24.50]

A rich and powerful expression of Veneto's classic Soave. Rounded, ripe fruit is perfectly balanced by a fresh, clean acidity. Long and fragrant, it has a note of fine, almond pastry on the finish.
El Coto 875m Finca Carbonera Chardonnay [£24]
