Chateau de Caravettes Vin de Garage GSM
- One of our absolute favourites at Whole Bunch Wines. You'll also see it on the menu at the much beloved Osma. It is beautifully balanced, full-bodied, rich and expressive. The nose emanates with aromas of rosemary, mint and sweet black fruits. Then, the palate will bring forth notes of raspberry, cherry, plum and blueberry. - Domaine Rolly Gassmann was established in 1967, but the Rolly and Gassmann family histories in Alsace can be traced back as far as the 17th century. This exceptional wine is packed with notes of white flowers, citrus zest, white grapefruit, white peach and apricot. Read More

- English fizz always deserves a seat at the table. Over time, Champagne-based winemakers are getting more and more concerned as they cast an eye over the Channel. Rathfinny have produced an exceptional wine from 100% Pinot Noir and you'd be a fool to miss it. Rich and complex, with a finish that'll last you until next week. Exceptional! Read More
El Coto 875m Finca Carbonera Chardonnay
- El Coto 875m Finca Carbonera Chardonnay was gentle pressed at the winery before being fermented in 100% new, untoasted French oak barrels. The wine is then aged on lees, before spending 10 weeks in oak prior to bottling. All this points to a white wine which a marked smoothness, along with notes of toast, vanilla, smoke and hazelnut. You'll also note that it retains acidity and ripe tropical and stone fruit flavours. Read More
