Champagne Tribaut Millesime 2015, 75cl [£68.50]
- The Tribaut-Schloesser Champagne House was established in 1929 by René Schloesser and Lucie Coutelas. Champagne Tribaut Millesime 2015 is a beautiful vintage Champagne. It has really matured over time and the fresh and fruit flavours have fallen behind robust notes of hazelnuts, vanilla and almonds. Sophie Baron, Grande Reserve Brut, 75cl [£48.50]
- Sophie Baron Champagne comes from a family run property in Charly-sur-Marne. The Champagne is named after Sophie, the daughter of the founders Gabriel and Dolorès. She joined the property in 1982 and works alongside her winemaker brother, Ignace. The Meunier dominant blend gives richness and red berry fruit to this crisp and lively Champagne. Truly exceptional. Champagne Devaux, Grand Reserve, 75cl [£52.50]
- Champagne Devaux was originally founded in 1846, by brothers Jules and Auguste Devaux in Epernay, before relocating to the Côte des Bar during the 1980s. The blend comprises 20% reserve wines, half of which are aged in French oak vats. The wine has a lovely Pinot Noir richness on the nose, with aromas of baked apples and vanilla. On the palate, it is full, rounded and well balanced, with a lively, persistent finish. Buy Now
